The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in the package or quote agreed between you and us.
You agree to provide accurate information and any access (such as store or account credentials) needed to deliver the services, and to ensure you have the right to share any content, products, or data you provide. You are responsible for compliance with the policies of any third-party marketplace or platform on which work is performed.
We aim to deliver on agreed timelines and include reasonable revisions as specified in your plan. Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or third-party platform issues may affect delivery dates.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property, except for any third-party assets and our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which remain ours. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat business information you share as confidential and use it only to provide the services. We expect the same treatment of any confidential information we share with you.
Because services involve dedicated work, refunds are handled case by case based on work completed. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or business results, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3S-SOFT's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice as set out in the applicable plan or agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
